WHAT IS A MANAGEMENT MAKEOVER?
Arctic Cat Outdoors is hitting the road in search of properties needing an extreme makeover to their habitat by the experts in the industry. If you've got a property needing a full management plan, food plots, feeders, tree stands, cameras, blinds and more, all in a short period, we've got you covered.
HOW IT WORKS
Our film team travels to your property for 2-3 days and with the help of a professional biologist, we give your property a makeover to ensure better deer and land management. We film these makeovers and air them on national television. If possible, we go back to the property the following season and film our pro staff hunting to show the success of the project. Properties may consist of hunting clubs, leases, ranches or properties for sale looking to increase their value and bring more buyers.

TIMEFRAME
We will schedule our filmed episode with the landowner or lease manager upon agreement. Landowner is recommended to bring volunteers to property to work on various jobs. We will film for 1-2 days per property and if we go back for a hunt, we'll stay an additional 3-4 days.
OPTIONAL SERVICES
1. Optional Filmed Hunt Cost: We can come back to film a hunt during following season to help promote your hunting club, lease or outfitter. Ask for rates.
2. Advertising your Hunting Property For Sale: We promote your property for sale and its Management Makeover to millions of buyers as a fully-managed hunting property, which brings buyers more than a property that is not managed. We promote your land through our TV shows, magazine and websites Ask for Rates. 2. Full Management Services: We can offer intense on-site management for your property, including more acreage of food plots, herbicides, land clearing, water source creation, burning, timber management, etc. Please call for details.
MAKEOVER COST
